The Board would like to extend its thanks to all members who helped in the Boyscout game. It was your actions in participating in this event that allowed us to have Camp Harris for our 3 day game "Festival of Peace". Better yet the Scouts were so impressed they gave us use of the camp for FREE!!! In the interest of furthering good relations with the scouts The Board urges all members to consider attending the next Boyscout Game next year. We only had approximately twenty members attending the last game. Just imagine if they were so impressed with twenty of us, how impressed would they be with say 40 or 60. I think it would be really awesome if we could outnumber those little guys next year.

PROPS MEETING

There will be a Props meeting at Paul Verreault's house (6 Dawson St. Dartmouth) all committee members and any interested persons are urged to attend. The meeting will be held Sunday, October 16th at 2PM. The meeting will involve arranging Props Dept, fixing up wounded props and creating new ones.

NEW WINTER GAME

It is a time of great trouble for you and your countrymen, for your realm is beset by . . . (insert something horrible here). . So you have come here to seek the aid of "THE MASTER", a being of great power who grants aid to those in need, if they can prove themselves worthy. You shall enter the Masters Testing Ground, and the first delegation (team) to acheive the objective shall be granted the aid that they seek. Also, those who complete "The Test" shall be granted power beyond that of mere mortals.

There will be a signup for this game at the November 6th General Meeting. This will be a +10 pt game with a snow date of December 10th.
